Process Optimization & Automation Engineering
I support process optimization both as a technical executioner and a strategic leader, ensuring solutions deliver measurable efficiency gains and lasting value.
At the Technical Level
1
Automated Workflows
Leveraging workflow automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, and Make, I design and engineer process automation solutions that streamline workflows, reduce errors, and save significant time.
Examples:
-
Created a workflow that automatically sends scheduled or triggered emails to dynamic, criteria-based lists
-
Created a workflow that auto-populates required templates based on form submissions
-
Built bulk imports and automatic, rule-based field update workflows
2
Agentic AI
With tools like OpenAI's API, LangChain, and platforms like n8n and Gumloop, I create AI-driven agents that autonomously complete rule-based tasks, freeing teams for higher-value work.
Examples:
-
Created an AI agents that monitors Google News for our client list and reports relevant news to account owners
-
Created an AI-based RFP assistant. Connected to an internal database of previously completed RFP's, certified RFP's responses, and general company knowledge, the agent drafts initial responses to RFP questions.

Third Party Solution Review & Implementation
Not all process improvements are built in‑house. I evaluate, recommend, and implement third‑party tools that best meet operational requirements. Once deployed, I ensure setup is optimized, adoption is high, and the solution continues to deliver value—tracking release notes and monitoring end user feedback.
At the Process Level
End to End Process Improvement Management
Technical execution is only one part of a successful process improvement initiative. I manage projects from opportunity identification through post‑implementation tracking, ensuring every phase delivers measurable results.
Our standard project goes through the following project pipeline:
-
Problem Definition: Identify opportunities for process improvement.
-
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to document the background and process requirements.
-
Solution Generation: Develop potential solutions, leveraging existing resources where possible.
-
Solution Proposal & Approval: Present recommendations to stakeholders and secure buy‑in.
-
Technical Execution: Build and configure the approved solution.
-
User Feedback: Pilot with end‑users, gather feedback, and refine.
-
Solution Delivery: Deploy the final solution, providing communication and training as needed.
-
Post‑Implementation Tracking: Monitor adoption, measure impact, and gather feedback for further refinement.

Sub-Processes of & Skills for Process Improvement Management
Project Management
Managing cross‑functional process improvement initiatives requires disciplined project management. Whether leading my own end‑to‑end projects or serving as a dedicated project manager, I ensure initiatives stay on track, on time, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Key activities include:
-
Scheduling and facilitating meetings, capturing action items, and tracking progress.
-
Following up on delegated tasks to maintain momentum.
-
Managing workload and prioritization based on dependencies, resource availability, and concurrent projects.
